We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Locations: Gwagwalada – Abuja, Lagos Mainland, Lagos Island – Lagos, Calabar – Cross River, Owerri – Imo, Onitsha – Anambra, Uyo – Akwa Ibom, Benin – Edo, and Port Harcourt – Rivers.

Employment Type: Full-time

Basic Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Cancel or upgrade accounts
  • Act as the company gatekeeper
  • Handle product recalls
  • Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • HND / BSc in any Discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • Smart, intelligent & matured
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Excellent Writing SKill.

Salary

N70,000 – N80,000 / monthly.
